Select a color contrast tool: Ensure all Folio Apps are compliant with WCAG 2.0 A and AA Color Contrast Rules

Folio has been run through 2 accessibility checkers (WebAIM WAVE and Deque aXe). Both report that the app is not in compliance with WCAG 2.0 color contrast requirements.

Based on Filip's feedback, most of the FOLIO UI is in compliance, but the above checkers do not include testing rgba(), therefore results state much of the UI is not in compliance.

Requirements

• Select a color contrast tool that support current UI hex code standards.

Acceptance Criteria

• Inform developers/POs/UI designers of selection
• Ensure UX documentation reflects selection
• Work with ui-testing group on cadence for testing
