    Description

      Bases on the discussions of https://issues.folio.org/browse/UX-114 we need to add an PaneActionMenu component.

      The PaneActionMenu is an optional menu dropdown that can be added to any PaneHeader and toggled by the user by clicking the title of the PaneHeader.

      The PaneActionMenu will provide the user with extra options relative to the pane it's attached to and also for Pane-actions such as collapsing panes etc.
