Datepicker shows two Xs after a validation failure

The Datepicker widget shows two "Xs" when a field fails validation.

Expected Behavior

The Datepicker should only ever show one "X" to clear the value

Actual behavior

The Datepicker always includes one "X", just left of the calendar icon, to clear the field, but also shows a second "X" left of the "!" warning icon, if validation on the field fails.

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit http://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/ > Settings > Circulation > Fixed Due Date Schedules and select a schedule or create a new one
2. Select a "From" date
3. Select a "To" date that is before the "From" date
