Update app template's package scripts

Package scripts for the reference ui-app should be updated to reflect the "test" and "test-int" scripts used by platform-core and ui-users. The "test" script is a placeholder for unit tests (separate issue to create samples) and "test-int" is invoke integration tests.

Update testing instructions in the app's readme.md or any other documents to reflect the new changes. Instruction will be similar to those recently merged in ui-users. Documents should also link to instructions on installing a Vagrant box for folio/testing-backend.
