    Description

      In AWS Aurora env, the db admin user cannot acquire row level lock on pg_namespace table due to permission issue.

      We need a lock to prevent "tuple concurrently updated" when revoking privileges on schema public.

      Fix: Use advisory lock. https://github.com/folio-org/raml-module-builder/pull/801
