    Description

      Overview:

      folio-liquibase-util library cannot migrate to RMB 30.0.x - to perform Liquibase updates a Connection is required, to get one PostgresClient should either provide a public method to get a standalone Connection, or provide getter for its postgreSQLClientConfig properties.
