    Description

      Update to aspectj 1.9.4 and aspectj-maven-plugin 1.11.
      Remove pomx.xml aspectjrt dependency from submodules that don't need it.

      RMB currently uses 1.8.9. The 1.8.X versions are no longer maintained, the last release was 1.8.12 on 2017-10-20: https://www.eclipse.org/aspectj/ Keeping current avoids bugs and makes it more easy to update to a published security fix version.

      AspectJ 1.9.X is required for Java versions from 9 on.
