Item, Patron, and Transaction-Related Exceptions

There are three reports which we may be able to consolidate into one: Item Related, Patron Related and Transaction Related. The most frequently used is the Item Related. It basically tells us when a book with a status (any status) has been either charged or discharged. We use this report to make sure bills are waived when lost books are returned and for general clean-up of records, such as deleting item record notes.

Data fields needed are: For the item-related report, we should add patron data to each exception, so the report will contain location, exception description, item title, item ID, barcode, exception date, operator ID, patron name (patron who was associated with the loan), patron email, patron group type (faculty, staff, student, etc.).
