not working cypress pipeline to master

after concultation with John Malconian found off differenc beetwen running cypress env and snapshot env 

the snapshot env doesn't post MDs one-by-one.   Instead it just pulls (copies) all module descriptors from the folio-registry using the folio-ansible role called 'okapi-pull'.    Subsequently,   modules are enabled for a tenant by POSTing 'install.json' to Okapi's /_/proxy/tenants/[TENANT]/install endpoint in the folio-ansible role called 'okapi-tenant-deploy'.    This is the full playbook for folio-snapshot.  https://github.com/folio-org-priv/folio-infrastructure/blob/master/CI/ansible/folio-snapshot.yml
