Scheduled karate tests

We need to create a job which will execute karate tests in latest environment on daily basis.

Job must do the next:

1. Spin up a new environment using latest snapshot versions of services.
2. Launch karate tests against this environment
3. Destroy environment
4. Send slack notification to responsible team channel(based on module responsibility)
5. Create Jira tickets for failed features.

• Job should be able to run tests in parallel.
• Team mapping is defined in a separate file in tests repo
