mod-data-export in Rancher fails with 'S3 bucket name is not found in System Properties'

Environment: Concorde team in Scratch env.

Reported by Magda Zacharska: S3 bucket name is not found in System Properties

Scope:  We need to find out why system properties for AWS S3 bucket are not reachable in module.

Helm chart for mod-data-export: https://github.com/folio-org/folio-helm/tree/master/mod-data-export

AWS S3 system properties should be provided in module:

• aws.region
• bucket.name
• aws.secretKey
• aws.accessKeyId
