Analyze and adjust ansible roles usage for scratch env.

Problem description:
The same ansible roles are not aligned between used in community env (snapshot) and rancher-envs (scratch)

Task:
1. Analyze existing ansible roles, that used while scratch env creation
2. Compare roles with community roles
3. Delete duplicates in scratch; create reference or change code to reuse snapshot roles
