    Description

      Create pipeline and appropriate terraform scripts which spin up a new environment with the next parameters:

      • Split terraform script on cluster provision and application installation
      • Cluster creation with spot/on-demand instances
      • Upgrade kubernetes to 1.21
      • Configurable environment name
      • Third-party components (self-managed, AWS provided)
      • Empty database
      • Use community ansible playbooks for tenant creation and modules activation
      • Single tenant creation
      • Create new VPC or use existing
