Compare Iris and Juniper releases of mod-oai-pmh

• Brief statement of the issue:
  In e2e oai-pmh environment we see significant deterioration in the performance after the upgrade to Juniper relaease. Harvesting of 350K takes approximately 4 hours now (it was 2 h before) To eliminate the issue with the environment configuration I would like to request performance analysis of the Juniper release and comparison with the Iris release.
