1. Establish baseline performance on the initial load:

• instances only: GET https://<edge_url>/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=marc21&apikey=<apiKey>
• instances and holdings: GET https://<edge_url>/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=marc21_withholdings&apikey=<apiKey>

2. Establish baseline performance on the incremental harvest:

• instances only: GET https://<edge_url>/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=marc21&apikey=<apiKey>&start=<date>
• instances and holdings: GET https://<edge_url>/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=marc21_withholdings&apikey=<apiKey> &start=<date>
