Description

~~OKAPI-871~~ changed logging for Okapi 4.1.0. And later ~~OKAPI-872~~ for upcoming Okapi 4.2.0.

In this work, https://github.com/folio-org/okapi/blob/master/dist/log4j2.properties was not updated, so it might be worth checking out if it is still good.

There are new MDCs should probably be mentioned in the configuration file: FolioLoggingContext:requestid FolioLoggingContext:tenantid FolioLoggingContext:userid FolioLoggingContext:moduleid
