Consider 'onfailure=continue' parameter for install/upgrade

    Description

      This would provide an option to test/debug all module uprades (and migrations) through one install/upgrade invocation. Currently the first error terminates the process and other errors remain hidden.

      New parameter should be coupled with a new response type that includes a list off all modules and the migration result, see OKAPI-804
