Description

Tried to build Okapi master branch on Mac and failed. Noticed following error

java.io.IOException: Could not open inputStream for http://get.enterprisedb.com/postgresql/postgresql-10.11-3-osx-binaries.zip

It turns out that enterprisedb.com changed the download link (remove the -binaries part and change to some available version will work). Since we are using postgresql-embedded to handle the download link and the project is not being maintained anymore, maybe it is time to switch to testcontainers now.
