    Description

      Guys,

      Per our discussion on Monday, here is my understanding of performed or planned changes to MDs:

      • drop global "routingEntries" and replace them with "filters", filter entry is interface-less but includes processing type (request-only etc)
      • drop "level" and replace it with "phase", the only allowed phase right now is "auth"
      • group all interface-providing entries under the particular interface, drop the name "routingEntries" and replace with "handlers", interface handlers have no "type" nor "phase/level"
      • introduce schema version in MD so Okapi can validate and fail or emulate old descriptors

      Some of the renaming can be more harm-than-good, so I think we can skip it and only change behavior if it's simpler. Comments?
