    Description

      Allow a module to be associated with zero or more tags. This is not a property of module descriptor content, but a separate relation. This allows pull and module list to be limited by tag. Could also be used for install and resolution to limit to modules of a given tag.

      A tag could be associated with more than module version - in which case resolution would be limited to that (latest module with a given tag)

      This feature would allow selecting a "release" subset from the Okapi respository. An alternative solution would be separate repositories OKAPI-1003.
