ISxN identifier is different per environment

    Description

      It terns out that BugFest and snapshot/testing/rancher environments has different identifierTypeId for ISBN/ISSN/Invalid ISBN/Invalid ISSN identifiers.

      Approach:

      We have to fetch Identifiers by name in order to get their id.
