Item - effective location autocomplete

Purpose/Overview:
The purpose of the story is to provide the autocomplete functionality for effective location keyword and faceted searches.

Requirements/Scope:
Following inventory item fields support autocomplete functionality:
1. Effective location - location (location.name, location.code, location.discoveryDisplayName)

Approach:

Acceptance criteria:

• Values are suggested as the user types and match any part of the string for effective location only (as currently implemented)
• Add parameter to determine the number of supported suggestions and default it to 5
