Browse contributors: duplicate contributor

Overview:

When browsing contributors there is one duplicate contributor; the one contributor is an anchor and the previous one is a duplicate.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO snapshot environment
2. Add contributors to some instance via inventory app
3. Choose "Browse contributors" search option
4. Enter some contributor name for exact match (f.e. "Taub, Adam")
5. Click "Browse"

Expected Results:

List of contributors(with preceding and succeeding) with anchor on desired contributor and previous contributor differs from anchor one.

Actual Results:

List of contributors(with preceding and succeeding) with anchor on desired contributor and previous contributor is exactly the same as anchor (is a duplicate).

Additional Information:
If browse by partial name (f.e. "Taub, Adam") there is no anchor (because no exact match) and so no duplicate.
