Browse: Improve the query for subject counts

Purpose/Overview:
Current query to retrieve the subject counts provides results in 4-6 second. It can be optimized by moving filters from the aggregation to the query level.
Locally it increases the response time from Elasticsearch to 40 ms from 1 second.

Approach:

• Move the includes section from aggregation to the query level

Acceptance criteria:

• Integration tests are passed through
• Browse results are not affected
