Auth-Rec-POC - Populate Rancher with Authority records

Purpose/Overview:
For the purpose of POC for searching authority records we need to have an environment that will store the data so that we can retrieve for ES purposes

Requirements/Scope:

• Add SRS required modules 
• Populate it with MARC authority records

Approach:

**Load auth records on folio-testing and create a db dump with auth records in mod-inv-storage

load dataset to the falcon rancher env

Acceptance criteria:

• /source-storage/records?recordType=MARC_AUTHORITY returns records for :
  • personal name
  • corporate name
  • meeting name
  • uniform title
  • geographic place
• If needed other types of authority records can be added
