Auth-Rec-POC - Identifiers - LCCN

Purpose/Overview:

The purpose of this story is to provide the user with a search ability for MARC authority records based on all identifiers.  

Requirements/Scope:

• The search is based on authority.identifiers[].value field
• Exact match is supported
• Left and right hand truncation is supported:

Acceptance criteria:

• User can search all identifiers at once
• Exact match returns only the record that matches the searched value
• Left- and right hand truncations are supported
• Response contains all relevant elements TODO: doublecheck the required elements
