Add lastUpdatedBy and createdBy to User Record (It's Part of the Record Metadata)

    Description

      Purpose: Every record in FOLIO should have the standard record metadata which should be displayed in the record metadata component (current design was implemented in STCOM-145). The user record is missing two data elements: lastUpdatedBy and createdBy

      Please add lastUpdatedBy and createdBy to the user record
