add facet capability to patron groups

    Description

      This needs to be enabled on the /users endpoint.

      Needs resultInfo schema (response), it needs facet configuration in the JSON table definition.

      It may not be possible to facet on the group value but only on the UUID. This is fine, and the matching can be done on the UI side.
