Temporarily Allow Additional Properties in Service Points

Following the recent outage FOLIO-1735 and the immediate fix MODUSERBL-64, an intermediary solution for allowing new properties in service points (e.g. MODINVSTOR-251) is needed.

[Jakub Skoczen proposed that we allow additional properties in the schema until a longer term approach is available(see MODUSERBL-65 and FOLIO-1736).

Hopefully this will allow unrecognised properties to be present. It may mean that clients of the login API receive more properties than stated in the schema.

As the schema is not used for creating or updating records this should not affect validation.
