    Description

      In order to support CIRC-886, truncating due date based on patron expiration date, the time associated with the expiration date should be 23:59 in the tenant's local time.

      Scenario:
      Given a user adds records to the tenant through mod-user-import
      and the data includes an expiration date
      then the effective date and time for the expiration should be mm/dd/yyyy 23:59:59
