Description
Introduction
Implement API for methods to work with JobExecution entities.
There are 5 methods with stub implementation to work with JobExecution entities:
getJobExecutions, createJobExecution, updateJobExecution, getJobExecutionById, deleteJobExecutionById.
Before the method implementation, we need to describe JobExecution entity in RAML file and configure PostgreSQL storage.
All the fields described in the documentation for design ("Structure of the JobExecution entity" section:

Acceptance Criteria
- JobExecution entity is described;
- the API is implemented;
- connection to the database is provided;
- changes are placed in the Jenkins build;
