All imported files on Lotus bugfest are erroring

    Description

      Overview: All import jobs on Lotus bugfest are erroring

      Current workaround: None

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into lotus-bugfest
      2. Go to the data import app
      3. Upload a small MARC Bibliographic file (sample file with 1 record attached)
      4. Assign the Default - Create instance and SRS MARC Bib job profile and run the import
      5. Once the import finishes, review the job listed at the top of the Data Import Landing Page log
      6. Click on the file name to view the list of records in the file
      7. Select one of the records and click on the title to review the JSON information

      Expected Results:

      • Job completes successfully
      • MARC Bibs are not discarded
      • Instances are created
      • No error messages

      Actual Results:

      • Records are discarded
      • All recent import jobs show the same error message:
        io.vertx.pgclient.PgException: ERROR: column "jobexecutionid" of relation "job_execution_source_chunks" does not exist (42703)
