removed the code that loads setup_test_data.sql.

Therefore the test.mode parameter listed in https://github.com/folio-org/mod-source-record-manager/blob/v3.2.7/descriptors/ModuleDescriptor-template.json#L569-L570 has no effect and should be removed.
