Add mechanism for detection and logging inability to create/connect Kafka consumers.

Overview: In the current implementation, it seems like there is no mechanism for detection and logging errors if consumers can't initialize or cannot be connected. It causes problems when developers can't find the root problem - why data-import doesn't work?

Approach:  For improving this, it will be better to create a mechanism that will detect and log these problems about consumers.

Additional info: there are screenshots where the KAFKA_PORT was set as invalid, but there are messages that everything is OK (without errors). But data-import didn't work.
