1. Scenario 1
   • For data in MARC Field 019, Subfield a,
   • Map to the Instance Identifier field, with Identifier type = Cancelled system control number
   • NOTE: If multiple $a in the same 019 field, put each one into a separate Instance identifier field
2. Scenario 2
   • For data in MARC Field 035, Subfield z,
   • Map to the Instance Identifier field, with Identifier type = Cancelled system control number
   • NOTES:
     • If multiple $z in the same 035 field, put each one into a separate Instance identifier field
     • If the $z has prefix (OCoLC), ocm, or ocn, assign Identifier type = Cancelled system control number, NOT OCLC
