SPIKE: Slow Queries observed from jobExecutions lookup from DI Landing Page

    Description

      Overview:
      The following issue was observed in an Iris HF3 environment (mod-source-record-manager-3.0.9)

      • Data Import Landing Page at times was unresponsive
      • Observe 502 response in chrome developer tools network tab for query for job executions
        `metadata-provider/jobExecutions?query=` (attached image)
      • Execution time is > 2000 ms in many cases
      • Attaching 2 log excerpts with samples of queries (observed in mod-source-record-manager logs)
