Cannot import EDIFACT invoices (Juniper regression)

Overview: 2 issues (let me know if these should be split into 2 separate bugs)
1. EDIFACT invoices fail to import in Juniper bugfest or folio-snapshot, but they imported in Iris
2. Hein EDIFACT invoices import in Iris Bugfest, but complete with errors, and there is not a useful error message in the Import log

Current workaround Manual entry, which is not sustainable

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Juniper bugfest and Iris bugfest with user abreaux and password admin
2. Upload the attached CornHein1604419006 file
3. Select the Load Hein invoices job profile and try to import the file
4. Upload the attached DukeEBSCOSubns file
5. Select the Load EBSCO Serials invoices job profile and try to import the file

Expected Results: Both files should import and show status of Completed

Actual Results:
1. In Iris Bugfest, the EBSCO file imports fine; the Hein file imports, but completed with errors. When trying to view the log, there are no details and no error messages
2. In Juniper Bugfest (and in folio-snapshot), neither file ever imports. They stay stuck in Running at 0%, and eventually need to be manually cancelled
