SPIKE: Data import landing page hangs after import job started

Environment: folio-snapshot

Steps to reproduce:

Use the Tenant setting to create an institution, campus, library and location.
Use the Data import setting to create two field mapping profiles: DUT - Create Holdings and DUT - Create Instance; action profiles: DUT Create Holdings and DUT Create Instance; a job profile: DUT Create Instance Holdings.
Use Data Import to select the file (attached), which was exported from the server with the holdings call number in field 500 $a and the holdings HRID in 900 $a, and run the DUT Create Instance Holdings on it.

Expected result: Import job completes successfully

Actual result: the whole data-import landing page hangs
