    Description

      Overview:

      Folijet team made changes in inventory according to MODINV-429. The change affects quickMarc update flow.

      3 extra requests to mod-inventory-storage are made after this change. 
      `PUT /change-manager/parsedRecords/{id}` endpoint should be expanded with permissions for preceding/succeeding titles: "inventory-storage.preceding-succeeding-titles.collection.get", "inventory-storage.preceding-succeeding-titles.item.post", "inventory-storage.preceding-succeeding-titles.item.delete".
