[SPIKE] Job monitoring is not always updated

Purpose/Overview:
In this story, we need to verify the 'job_monitoring' table gets successfully updated when a user imports large Marc files.

We have an assumption the 'job_monitoring' is not always updated successfully throwing runtime exceptions upstream to the stack trace.

Approach

• Try to import the attached Marc file  TAMU_sample_bibs_5k_2.mrcseveral times
• Grab the logs (for ref envs. https://jenkins-aws.indexdata.com/job/Automation/job/collect-reference-env-logs/build) and try to find exceptions, errors, failure messages related to 'job_monitoring'
• If the log is clear of error messages, please, provide the server logs. If the log contains exceptions for the 'job_monitoring', provide the server logs and create corresponding stories for further adjustments
