Support monitoring table update on jobExecution change

Purpose/Overview:
In scope of [Spike] Create monitoring task for Data Import app there are several stories included to implementation. This story intended following changes:

• update when there are status change for jobExecution
• delete table row when job is finished

Requirements/Scope:

• "last_event_timestamp" column updated depending on jobExecutionId
• remove row from "job_monitoring" table when job finished - status COMPLETED/ERROR

Acceptance criteria:

• data import works as before
• "job_monitoring" table updated on job event
• "job_monitoring" table row removed once job finished
• tests included to cover new functionality
