Issue with Database migration for Iris release

The following issue is observed in bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com environment.

Bugfest was migrated from mod-source-record-manager-2.4.3 to mod-source-record-manager-3.0.5)
We compared the schema in bugfest Iris with a fresh Iris install
1 index - job_execution_progress_expr_idx is present in bugfest-iris which is not present in a clean install

Assume index should have been removed as part of db migration

Attaching script which was generated to correct differences

Expected Results:
job_execution_progress_expr_idx function is removed as part of upgrade
Actual Results:
job_execution_progress_expr_idx function is present after the upgrade
