Create job execution requires user with "personal" information

    Description

      Creating a job execution requires a user with personal name.. This is a problem, since edge users may not have that information. Or the very least, assigning personal information to a system user is very misleading.

      See EDGCONX-3.

      Change this to allow imports to create/update records without a personal user name.

      Per Adam: this could be resolved by not requiring personal information when creating a job execution. It seems very odd that information is related to SRS (record metadata != user personal data).
