Make request param "landingPage" optional

    Description

      The REST method, that allows fetching logs on UI, still exposes required "landingPage=true/false" param in its query.
      Request parameter continues to be necessary even if equal false. We need to make it false by default to make param be optional for other "non-landing" pages.
