Description
Overview: Data in multiple subfields in the same 024 or 028 field is mapped to separate identifier fields in the Instance, when the data for each individual 024 or 028 should be in the same field. This was corrected in MODSOURMAN-344, but it's not working properly in Honeysuckle Bugfest
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into Honeysuckle Bugfest as abreaux/admin
- Go to Data Import
- Upload the attached MARC file
- Use the secret button to import the file and create instances
- Go to Inventory
- Look up the Instance that was just created, and review the Identifiers accordion of the Instance record
Expected Results:
- Other standard identifiers (mapped from MARC 024 field) should have the number and any qualifier in the same identifier field (with qualifier following the number, separated by a space)
- Publisher or distributor number (mapped from MARC 028 field) should have the number and any qualifier in the same identifier field (with qualifier following the number, separated by a space)
Actual Results: Qualifier is in a separate subfield
Please confirm the MARC-to-Instance default map on Honeysuckle bugfest is the most recent version.
Additional Information: See attached sample MARC file. Also see the Folijet Instance from MARC tab in the default mapping spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11lGBiPoetHuC3u-onVVLN4Mj5KtVHqJaQe4RqCxgGzo/edit#gid=1871391984. The mapping is correct for ISBNs (020 fields), with the qualifier following the number in the same identifier field of the Instance
