Other changes to records in quickMARC not appearing in Inventory record

Overview: Testrails T42271 and T42272
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO
2. Go to Inventory
3. Find a record that has source=marc
4. Go to the Actions dropdown and select Edit in quickMARC
5. Change the 100 field to 110
6. Click Save and close

Expected Results: Scroll down the instance record until you find Contributors. Check to verify that your change caused the contributor from Personal name to Corporate name.
Actual Results: Change does not show in Instance record

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO
2. Go to Inventory
3. Find a record that has source=marc
4. Go to the Actions dropdown and select Edit in quickMARC
5. Change the 700 field to 100
6. Click Save and close

Expected Results: Scroll down the instance record until you find Contributors. Check to verify that the name you changed to a 100 is now listed as a primary contributor.
Actual Results: Change does not appear in the Instance record
