Select only COMMITTED JobExecutions (Logs) on backend

In current implementation backend method that returns Logs(GET /metadata-provider/logs) doesn't restrict JobExecution by status. We need to restrict the result and select JobExecutions that have only COMMITTED status.
In addition, we should not return MULTIPLE_PARENT entities in result selection (only CHILD and SINGLE_PARENT entities). These changes will affect method to retrieve Logs (GET /metadata-provider/logs) and JobExecutions (GET /metadata-provider/jobExecutions).
