Description

REPLACE = completely overlay a record of the specified FOLIO type, using the associated mapping profile, which consists of 1) data as mapped from the incoming record (MARC bibliographic) and 2) defaults inserted into the record. Note that a few fields of the existing record (mainly HRID and UUID) will not be replaced

This story is for using data from incoming MARC bib records to replace existing MARC bibs in SRS. If a record is replaced in SRS, then the corresponding record should also be replaced in MARCcat (see ~~MODDATAIMP-266~~)

All the REPLACE actions for incoming MARC bibs are gathered under the CREATE umbrella: ~~MODDATAIMP-204~~

Note that the REPLACE action may be renamed UPDATE in the UI; A-M will adjust Jira stories if necessary
