Create endpoint for retrieving MARC record by instance id

    Description

      • Create GET /change-manager/parsedRecords?instanceId={instanceId} endpoint (should be declared in a separate interface)
      • Endpoint should return 200 response with parsedRecordDto entity (see example)
      • SRM should call MODSOURCE-115 or MODSOURCE-116 endpoint to retrieve the latest generation SourceRecord associated with the specified instanceId and map SourceRecord to the ParsedRecordDto entity
      • New functionality should be covered with tests
