Logs show that failed to load files contain 100 records

    Description

      When file fail to load, log shows that it contains 100 records (it should be 0), which indicates that default progress is not overridden.

      To do: when jobExecution status is updated to FILE_PROCESSING_ERROR, progress should be updated to indicate that 0 records were uploaded.
